Kremlin says Putin, Xi agree to raise hydrocarbon supplies
MOSCOW, Jul 8 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin and General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Xi Jinping have agreed to boost hydrocarbon cooperation actively, the Kremlin said in a statement on Wednesday.
"Intent to boost actively economic cooperation with focus on large-scale projects in the sphere of hydrocarbon supplies, peaceful nuclear power, civil aircraft building, science and technical and innovations cooperation was emphasized," the statement read.
The leaders also agreed to strengthen cooperation in international relations, primarily in the UN Security Council, and also in the Shanghai Pact and BRICS.
